In the room

Four or five people who touch customers — support, sales, delivery or onboarding, plus whoever has been here longest. Marketing facilitates and answers last.

Two rules, said out loud

No polishing. No deciding what is good yet. Half-remembered fragments are welcome; the session collects, it does not edit.

Minutes 05 — 20 · three prompts, one at a time, everyone answers
PROMPT 01

A customer who was sceptical and changed their mind.

PROMPT 02

The moment you knew this was working.

PROMPT 03

A time we got it wrong and fixed it.

Minutes 20 — 45 · capture, then score 1–5 SPEC = specificity · VER = could a stranger check it · UNP = would they say it unprompted
Who (name · company) What changed The number, if any Spec Ver Unp

The column that decides it is UNP. Subjects agree to almost anything — across 31 customer-story films we have delivered, exactly one subject has asked us to change the edit. So approval proves nothing. If a story only exists because someone in the room suggested the phrasing, it is not a story you own.
